I was delighted to have two interns, Sung Du (Alex) Kim, (of South Korea) and Christian Kayishema (of Rwanda) working with me for the month of May. These two young men decided to come and get some experience at a newspaper for their last project before graduating from Scattergood Friends School in West Branch, IA, where they’ve spent the past three years. They are engaging young people, out to understand and contribute to their world. Please enjoy the work that they contributed on pages 6 and 8.
